Thread Wound Cartridge

1.General:
Honeycomb-like thread wound cartridges, with textile fibre yarn of PP, absorbent cotton and glass fibre wound by special pattern onto Polypropylene, stainless steel or tinned steel skeleton, are used for depth filtration of liquid media where it has low viscosity and a little impurities. The cartridges are mainly used and applied for the water filtration such as for daily life, food and beverage, industry, electroplating solution, chemical lotion, oil and painting etc.

A. The flowrate is measured from the wound PP cartridge sized 250mm long with the pressure drop of 0.14kgf/cm2, simulative particle content of 300 mg /l.
B. The initial precision for filtration is 95%.
C.The flowrate of absorbent cotton cartridge is 0.6 times less than the listed value.
D.The flowrate of glass fiber cartridge is 0.5 times less than the listed value.
